Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the clinical services provided by SANNI Physio & Wellness Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking an appointment, attending a session, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via email, SMS, or booking system notification.
You do not require a GP referral to attend physiotherapy unless specified by your insurer.
2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may also result in the full session fee being charged.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances.
3. Fees & Payments
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods include card and other available payment options at the clinic. Prices for services, packages, classes, and modalities are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
4. Packages, Classes & Vouchers
- Prepaid packages and class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages must be used within the stated validity period.
- Missed sessions within a package or class series may be forfeited unless cancelled with sufficient notice.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.
5. Clinical Care & Consent
All treatments are provided following a professional assessment and clinical reasoning. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history and informing us of any changes to their health. For pelvic health physiotherapy, internal examinations or treatments are never mandatory and are performed only with informed consent. Clients may decline or withdraw consent at any time.
6. Results & Clinical Outcomes
While physiotherapy and other treatments aim to improve symptoms and function, results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances, condition severity, and adherence to advice.
7. Health Insurance
We are recognised by several Irish health insurers. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures directly with their insurer.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and processed.
9. Website Content & Medical Disclaimer
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your physiotherapist or healthcare provider regarding your individual condition or treatment plan.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
11. Intellectual Property
